Benefits of Brisk Walking Membership

1

Get fit & stay healthy through regular exercise

Brisk walking regularly can help members get fit and stay healthy through regular cardio-vascular exercise. This form of exercise also helps to increase bone density, reduce risk of heart attack, reduce body fat and reduce stress.

For the annual North West Big Walk, 20,000 to 31,000 members and public have participated in the past events since 2002.
